About QRID
A club runs on more than its clubhouse.
QRID exists because a private club is a small institution wearing the clothes of a social one: it has members, standing, dues, a constitution, a dining room, a ledger, and a calendar that has to be right every single week. We built one platform that carries all of it, so a committee runs the club instead of running the systems underneath it.

The engineering underneath
Runs on the KaritKarma Business Kernel.
The KaritKarma Business Kernel is the accounting and operations engine behind QRID: a general ledger, house accounts, bookings, and governance built once and configured per club, not rebuilt per club. It is the same discipline enterprise ERP systems apply to a business, brought to the register a private club actually speaks in: member, dues, house account, standing.
See the finance module- One ledger
- Dues, facilities, events, and dining all post to the same general ledger automatically.
- One member record
- Standing, house account, and attendance are one record, read the same way by the front desk and the treasurer.
- One platform, many clubs
- Each club keeps its own domain and identity; the kernel underneath is shared, tested, and maintained once.
Built to fit the club, not the other way round
